Session Rates:
$200 for the initial session and all subsequent sessions
Guided Visualization & De-stress Sessions
$40 for 15 minute reset
$80 for 30 minute recenter
EMDR Intensives
$400 for 2 hours
Package Rates:
$1150 for 6 sessions

Payment
Cash, all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Discover, Master Card), and debit cards are accepted. Additionally, I do accept FSA and HSA cards.
Insurance
I am out of network with insurance companies, however, I am now partnering with Thrizer to help you get the most out of any out of network benefits you may have for therapy. Here’s how you can get started! Go to app.thrizer.com and sign up as a client. You’ll then be able to check your out of network benefits. If you decide to utilize your benefits, I will charge your coinsurance/copay (plus any additional amount if my rate of $200 is above the allowable amount through insurance) at the time of our session. Thrizer pays the rest of my fee then submits for their reimbursement through your insurance company. No more superbills or submitting to your insurance yourself!

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. If you don’t provide 24 hours notice, a full session charge will be assessed, unless in the case of an emergency.
